All of our  avalanche safety devices are manufactured in France and are in compliance with the ISO 140001 certification standard.  All devices are identified by unique serial numbers and are subject to stringent quality controls.  Due to the safety nature of our safety products, we exercise the greatest caution possible in the manufacturing of our devices.

In the event that you believe a manufacturing defect occurred, please contact us with the serial number of your device. Having your contact information and device serial number, allows us to quickly to conduct a review of your claim and/or exchange of your device. We maintain the privacy of your contact information, which will not be used for any commercial purposes.

The correct versions are the 3.2 versions for AXIS and LINK.
