NIC-IMPEX, (NICole IMPort EXport) was founded in 1978 by Bernard GIRAUDON and his wife Nicole GIRAUDON (silver medalist in world university ski championships) in order to distribute COLLTEX adhesive skins around the world.  The company is headquartered in Annecy in the heart of the French Alps.

 The company has evolved to its current specialization in the development, manufacturing and distribution of ski safety products under the ARVA brand (avalanche beacons, shovels, snow probes, backpacks) and the distribution of technical outdoor and mountaineering products around the world.

 Our focus is to deliver the best quality products, which we suport with excellent customer service in the 32 countries where the company's products are sold. The company is continually searching for new synergic products to distribute.
